Unable to Book Personal Training: Missing Required Privilege
Exerp requires the Member to have the proper type of sessions available on their Clip Card for scheduling. Ensure these are available:
- Person App > Membership Tab > Clip Cards Tab > review active Clip Cards.
NOTE: If the Member’s sessions appear to be incorrect, contact MED Live Chat for assistance.
For Team Training: Team Training Bootcamp sessions that were migrated from CARE to Exerp will be labelled as Bootcamp 30 Sessions. This is a generic title for all migrated Team Training Bootcamp sessions migrated from CARE.
